Welcome to the Underserved Coalition for Bay Area Advanced Practice Training (UCBAAPT) program!
Lead by the Family Health Care Nursing department within the UCSF School of Nursing and in collaboration with the UCSF Philip R. Lee Institute for Health Policy Studies (IHPS), the Underserved Coalition for Bay Area Advanced Practice Training (UCBAAPT) is a training program to prepare advanced practice nursing (APN) students in the Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM), Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP), and Primary Care Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (PNP-PC) specialty programs to deliver primary care (including prenatal care as applicable), address social determinants of health, health equity, and needs of underserved populations in the Bay Area.
